Reiki is the energy balancing treatment. The practitioner works as a channel of universal life energy (you can compare Reiki to the chi in Eastern tradition). Reiki helps to restore the balance on physical, emotional, energetical and soul level. It support an individual during difficult and emotional time, but in a gentle, safe way (which is something I’ve experienced numerous times over the years).

My journey to become a Reiki Practitioner, didn’t actually start from Reiki. I’ve been through difficult times first, then therapy and self-help journey, and finally I attended a professional course of family and systemic constellation therapy, where I’ve learned about family dynamics and their role in our lives.

Then I started working with young people with special needs, which helped me to be more present, and taught me to use my knowledge in the best practical way. This helped me to integrate my own experience and to open up on my own abilities, as I’m a very intuitive person.

Right now, I’m using my intuition during Reiki sessions, so I’ve combined a couple of healing and therapeutic modalities, my experience and natural gifts, to offer a treatment of a high quality – which I invite you to experience personally during my sessions.
